I am staying in a HDB maisonette in Toh Yi Drive and would like to upgrade to a condo without having to pay too much more. Could you advise if there are any 2br condos (move-in) which I can consider?

Dear owner,

It very much depends on what is your available budget. Have you sat down with a banker to assess your financial status with regards to your planned upgrade? Will you be selling off your HDB maisonette and if not, do you have any outstanding home loan that is still serviceable?
